2. Eligibility

To submit a song, you must be the copyright owner or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to submit the song for airplay.

3. Submission Guidelines

a. All songs must be original work and not infringe on any copyrights.
b. Submissions must be in 320KBPS MP3 format and meet our quality standards.
c. Artists are responsible for ensuring their music is free from offensive content.

4. Grant of Rights

By submitting your song, you grant EDM.LK a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

a. Play the song on our radio station and our on-demand broadcasting platform.
b. Use the song for promotional purposes in connection with our radio station.
c. This license does not include the right to sell your music.

5. No Guarantee of Airplay

Submission of a song does not guarantee that it will be played on our radio station. Our team will review all submissions and select songs at our discretion.

6. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:
